Prof. Xiaojun Lin, IEEE Fellow School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Building, Purdue University Xiaojun is a Fellow of IEEE. He received the IEEE INFOCOM 2008 best paper award and 2005 best paper of the year award from Journal of Communications and Networks. His paper was also one of two runner-up papers for the best-paper award at IEEE INFOCOM 2005. He received the NSF CAREER award in 2007. He was the Workshop co-chair for IEEE GLOBECOM 2007, the Panel co-chair for WICON 2008, the TPC co-chair for ACM MobiHoc 2009, the Mini-Conference co-chair for IEEE INFOCOM 2012, the Workshop chair for WiOpt 2014, and the Publication chair for WiOpt 2016. Prof. Chi-Hua Chen , IEEE Senior Member College of Mathematics and Computer Science, Fuzhou University Chi-Hua Chen is a distinguished professor (Minjiang scholar and Qishan scholar) for the College of Mathematics and Computer Science of Fuzhou University and a chair professor for the Navigation College of Dalian Maritime University. He received his B.S. degree from the Department of Management Information Systems of National Pingtung University of Science and Technology in 2007, a M.S. degree from the Institute of Information Management of National Chiao Tung University (NCTU) in 2009, and a Ph.D. degree from the Department of Information Management and Finance of NCTU in 2013. Furthermore, he served as an assistant professor for the Department of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management of National Tsing Hua University, the Department of Information Management and Finance of NCTU, the Department of Transportation and Logistics Management of NCTU, the Department of Communication and Technology of NCTU, the Bachelor Degree Program of Digital Marketing of National Taipei University, and the Department of Information Management of National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. Prof. Xiaofang Yuan , IEEE Senior Member Hunan University Xiaofang Yuan, PhD, Professor, doctoral supervisor. Mainly engaged in intelligent control theory and application, electric vehicle control and other aspects of teaching and research work. He has presided over more than 10 projects, including general projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, youth projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, special postdoctoral projects of China, science and technology plan of Hunan Province and Doctoral Program Fund of Ministry of education. More than 50 papers have been published in IEEE Transactions and other international authoritative journals in the field of control, including 40 SCI papers and 1 highly cited ESI paper. | |
Prof. Qinmin Yang , IEEE Senior Member Zhejiang University Qinmin Yang received the Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Civil Aviation University of China, Tianjin, China in 2001, the Master of Science Degree in Control Science and Engineering from Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, MO USA, in 2007. From 2007 to 2008, he was a Post-doctoral Research Associate at University of Missouri-Rolla. From 2008 to 2009, he was a system engineer with Caterpillar Inc. From 2009 to 2010, he was a Post-doctoral Research Associate at University of Connecticut. Since 2010, he has been with the State Key Laboratory of Industrial Control Technology, the College of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University, China, where he is currently a professor. He has also held visiting positions in University of Toronto and Lehigh University. |
